I work collaborative with you to craft what you need, when you need it. This might be supercharging the impact of your career search tools rather than simply reformatting an otherwise "dead" resume. I've “been there," earning high-level roles in multiple companies I've got real-world experience vs others that can only coach from the sidelines.

I hold a Ph.D. degree in Biochemistry from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) and have completed multiple leadership and management courses.

I have extensive experience that spans multiple science-based organizations across Phrama/Biotech, non-profit global health, US government, and US government contractor sectors. These organizations spanned in size from 35 to over 120,000 staff.

I served in a series of roles, beginning with scientific leadership, then growing to lead disease area strategy, communications, pharmaceutical industry advocacy, and scientific business operations functions. 

We will collaborate on a series of video calls to supercharge your thinking, your career applications materials, your job search strategy, your approach to interviewing, and your communications with prospective employers. 

I’m happy to work with clients from any industry, with a particular focus on research-, life sciences-, and health-based sectors.

My clients are life scientists or communications professionals, at any stage of their career, who need help finding a job, honing their job search skills, changing roles, changing careers, or are having issues seeking career advancement.

Yes. I typically work remotely with clients via video calls. While working on materials such as resumes or cover letters, we collaborate using shared documents. 

No. Not at this time. While I have done so in the past, I now focus solely on helping individual clients craft and manifest their chosen career paths. 

Yes. I have personal experience with mergers and layoffs and enjoy helping people secure a new position during these difficult times.
